Designed to transfer rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on subway railways. The crosspiece is a prefabricated cast core connected to rail guardrails. The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. All turnout pads are attached to the concrete base with a special backing material directly at the installation site and fixed with anchor bolts embedded in the concrete base. The turnout uses elastic rail fastening terminals. The blades and frame rails are HDTV hardened.
