The exit consists of two turnouts of the same direction, laid on opposite tracks with crosspieces facing each other and interconnected by rails. The beams are connected to each other using butt strips. Designed to transfer rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on the main tracks of class I and II railway lines with mixed freight and passenger train traffic. The switch uses flexible points of a welded structure, which are rigidly fixed in front of the pressed part on two high pads, and the pressed part on pads with flanges using elastic clamps. The frame rails are attached to the pads with pads (welded with the pads) and pressed flanges using elastic terminals (U-shaped rods and OP105 terminals). The frame rails have anti-theft linings that interact with anti-theft stops mounted on the blades. The sets of electric drives, arrows and crosspieces of a continuous rolling surface, incorporate contactors. Crosspiece with a flexible-rotating core, consisting of core rails (long and short), made of OP65 pointed profile and a prefabricated guardrail made of two UR65 profile rails, fixed to the carriage and linings using tenon stops and terminals. The core rests on pads welded to the carriages and pads attached to the carriages with bolts. Molded pads have side walls for attaching side supports to them. The sole of the long core rail in front of the extruded part is rigidly fixed to the support bridge, which is attached to the root bridge with high-strength bolts. When adjacent to the ramp of a continuous track, in order to compensate for the temperature change in the length of the rail threads, equalization joints must be laid on both sides of the turnout and the ramp. Afterwards when laying the ramp, rail joints, except insulating ones, must be welded using the aluminothermic method.
