Designed to transfer rolling stock from one track to another. The switch is interchangeable with the switch switch of Project 2434. The switch uses flexible points and elastic clamps for frame rails. The frame rails have an increased front reach. Prefabricated crosspiece with improved mating of cast and rail parts. The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. The blades and frame rails are HDTV hardened.
