Designed to transfer rolling stock from one of two parallel tracks to another in two directions and for the passage of rolling stock in a straight direction. It is used on 1st and 2nd class railway lines with mixed freight and passenger train traffic. The arrows use: rotating points. The crosspiece is a sharp prefabricated cast core connected to rail guardrails. The crosspiece is blunt, solid cast from high-manganese steel. The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. All linings have high flanges. The blades, frame rails and rails are HDTV hardened.
